Andrew joined the Women’s Programme at the start of the 2018/9 season and was a fundamental part of its success. 

Under his coaching, the second team were promoted to the National League and reached the BUCS Trophy final. In his role as Assistant Coach, he supported the first team to win BUCS in 2019 and their promotion to the Vitality Women’s National League Premier Division. 

Known for his passion and drive, he cared deeply about the players and their development. He was the lead mentor for the AU coaches, ensuring his skill and knowledge could further the development of all. Alongside this he was also part of the coaching team for the England National Age Group, further influencing the development of the sport on a national stage.
