Online workshops for students on coping with stress

In the lead up to exams, the Student Wellbeing Team are offering three informal online workshops, looking at stress and how to manage it more effectively.

The sessions will cover what stress is and how to develop some positive coping strategies. There will be an opportunity for group discussion and questions although there is no pressure to speak or have your camera on.
