Information about Leicestershire Crisis Cafés

If you’re struggling with your mental health, feel overwhelmed or unable to cope, you can seek support at two Crisis Café drop-in services based in Leicestershire.

These are safe spaces for those who are struggling and require emotional support, providing 1:1 sessions with guidance on practical coping strategies and ways to build resilience.

They are also an opportunity to speak with people with similar lived experiences where you can feel accepted and understood.

They’re run by Turning Point, and all are welcome. No referral is needed, simply visit the team at the Loughborough Wellbeing Centre on Mondays or Fridays, 5pm-11pm, or The David Wilson Foundation Centre at St Martins House (7 Peacock Lane, Leicester) on Tuesdays from 9am-5pm.

If you need someone to talk to outside of these hours, you can call 0808 800 3302 or email Leicestershire.Helpline@turning-point.co.uk 24/7.
