Meditation is an experience that can positively impact your overall wellbeing and whether you’re new to meditation or have been practising for years, a short calming guided meditation can be incredibly helpful and set you up for the day ahead, or aid with winding down at the end of your working day.
There’ll be various mediation themes and each one will be led by Natalie Steele.
