Applications for the Loughborough Graduate Management Trainee Scheme are now open

If you’re passionate about higher education and love being part of the Loughborough Family, then why not apply for this year’s Loughborough Graduate Management Trainee Scheme?

The three-year programme – which commences in September 2021 – consists of a range of placements spread across various roles and services at the University, which will inspire and train you to reach your full potential by enhancing your skillset and knowledge.

The scheme is open to students who are due to graduate this year (including undergraduates, postgraduates, and PhD students), alumni who have recently graduated from Loughborough University (since summer 2019) or current staff members of the University (regardless of when or where you graduated).

Trainees will have a starting salary of £25,217 rising on an annual basis in line with the University’s incremental scale and any payable cost of living increase.

You’ll also receive mentoring opportunities from previous cohorts of the scheme to support you throughout, and upon completion, trainees will be well-suited to apply for management roles at Loughborough or other higher education institutions.

So, if you’re hardworking, ambitious and intelligent, and interested in pursuing a managerial career in a large and dynamic organisation, this exciting programme may be the next stage in your career.

The dedicated website for the Graduate Management Trainee Scheme can be found here. On these pages, you can find the job description, person specification, candidate pack, as well as a list of FAQs that you may find helpful.

The closing date for all applications is Thursday 29 April at 12pm. Those who are shortlisted will be invited to an Assessment Centre which will take place on 11-12 May. Those who are then successful will be invited to a panel interview on 17 May.

Any additional queries can be made to Organisational Development by emailing OD@lboro.ac.uk.
