To enter, please email up to five photos or a 30-second video clip and 300 words on what the event was, how it was COVID secure, how it made new students feel part of the #LboroFamily and how you will spend the money if you win.
The prizes are as follows:
- First prize - £1,000
- Second prize - £500
- Third prize - £250
The Vice-Chancellor, the LSU President, the Mayor and the Police Inspector will make up the judging panel.
The rules:
- Events must adhere to the latest Government and University COVID-19 guidelines
- They can be virtual or in person events
- Prize money is to be used to buy something for the hall, group, society or club
- The decision of the judging panel is final
- The competition is open to all students
