The University’s Champion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion appointed
Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development, Adèle MacKinlay, has been appointed as the University’s Champion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
She will work alongside the University’s leadership team, including Deans and Professional Services Directors, to ensure that inclusion is at the heart of the Loughborough experience.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are key components of Loughborough’s People and Organisational Development Strategy. Ensuring that the culture at the University becomes increasingly inclusive is critical to ongoing institutional success and the wellbeing of staff and students.
On her additional responsibilities, Adèle said: “I’m delighted to take on this role for the University, working alongside colleagues from all staff groups to advocate for change and cultural shift.”
