She will work alongside the University’s leadership team, including Deans and Professional Services Directors, to ensure that inclusion is at the heart of the Loughborough experience.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are key components of Loughborough’s People and Organisational Development Strategy. Ensuring that the culture at the University becomes increasingly inclusive is critical to ongoing institutional success and the wellbeing of staff and students.
