Everyone’s lived experience is different, but for many colleagues, there are heightened levels of anxiety and stress for a multitude of reasons. This is completely natural.
A range of health and wellbeing resources have been made available to colleagues over the past few weeks, including the new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), the Yellow Book, the quick guide to working from home and the LU Wellbeing app.
The University is keen to get your views and feedback on the range of health and wellbeing resources available along with your thoughts on any additional support which could be provided.
The wellbeing at home survey can be accessed now and will remain open until Friday 19 June.
The survey should only take 2-3 minutes to complete and your feedback would be greatly appreciated – your opinion matters.
