Martyn is currently Director of Marketing, Recruitment & International at Swansea University, where he is responsible for recruitment and admissions, marketing and communications, fundraising and development, and their International teams. He has held a number of roles in the sector, including as Deputy Director in the International office at Loughborough University until 2015.

He was a fantastic colleague when he was here previously and, since leaving, he has gained extensive further experience that will be hugely valuable to Loughborough and the leadership of our highly successful marketing team."

Martyn said: “It is an absolute privilege to be returning to Loughborough. The University has enjoyed incredible success in recent years and marketing and advancement staff have played a major part in this. I’m delighted to be joining such a talented and friendly team.” 

Martyn will be leading the University’s Marketing, Corporate Communications, Creative and Print Services, Philanthropy, International, Student Recruitment and LU Arts teams from June 2020.
