Race equality focus groups

Following the staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion survey that ran in March, the Race Equality Working Group is now looking for colleagues from across the University to take part in focus groups to discuss race equality at Loughborough University. The discussions which take place at the focus groups will feed into the University’s work towards our Race Equality Charter Action Plan.

The focus groups are expected to take place in early September, depending on availability. Colleagues participating will be asked to attend one focus group, which will last approximately 1.5 hours and take place remotely via Microsoft Teams.

All information collected via the focus groups will be confidential.

Please note that separate focus groups will be held for BAME staff and for white staff.

If you’d like to express an interest in attending one of our focus groups, please get in touch with Emily Salmon (e.salmon@lboro.ac.uk) by midday on Monday 17 August.
