Applications for the Loughborough Graduate Programme are now open

If you’re passionate about higher education and love being part of the Loughborough Family, the 2020 Loughborough Graduate Programme is now accepting applications.

The three-year programme consists of at least four placements spread across various roles, services and Schools at the University, which will inspire and train you to reach your full potential by enhancing your skillset and knowledge.

The scheme is open to students who are due to graduate this year (including undergraduates, postgraduates or PhD students), alumni who have recently graduated from Loughborough University (since 2018), or current staff members of the University (regardless of where you graduated).

Trainees will have a starting salary of £25,217, with the potential to receive additional performance-related bonuses that would achieve a salary of £30,942 in their third year of the programme. In addition, if eligible, you’ll also be enrolled onto a management and leadership Master’s-level Apprenticeship (Level 7), obtaining an MSc in Strategic Leadership upon successful completion.

You’ll also receive mentoring opportunities during the scheme, and upon completion, trainees will be well-suited to apply for management roles at Loughborough or other universities.

If you’re hardworking, ambitious and intelligent, and are interested in pursuing a career in a large and dynamic organisation, this exciting programme may be the next stage in your career.

The job advert can be found here, which has further details including a person specification and a job description.

A candidate pack is also available to download which includes profiles of the University’s current Graduate Management trainees. A dedicated webpage has been created which has a list of FAQs which you may find helpful.

The closing date for all applications is Wednesday 26 February. Those who are shortlisted will be invited to an Assessment Centre which will take place on either the 16 or 17 March. Those who are then successful will be invited to a final interview on the 23 or 24 April.
