Don’t miss these two inspiring talks during Doctoral Researcher Wellbeing Week

Loughborough alumni Sanjeev Sandhu and Dr Andy Cope from training and development organisation The Art of Brilliance will deliver invigorating talks on positive thinking and building good habits as part of Doctoral Researcher Wellbeing Week.

Both speakers will present at the Loughborough campus on Wednesday 4 March with Sanjeev Sandhu’s talk ‘You only die once, how to live every single day’ at 12.30-1.30pm at Graduate House and 5-6pm in DAV031, Sir David Davies  as is Dr Andy Cope’s ‘The Art of Being Brilliant’ at 2-4pm.

Sanjeev will also deliver his talk at the London campus in The Future Space on Thursday 5 March, 12.45-1.45pm.

These sessions are free and open to doctoral researchers and staff.

Sanjeev Sandhu is an Art of Brilliance Happiness and Positivity Trainer who has worked with numerous leading organisations (Accenture, Deloitte, BT) and educational institutions (Kings College London, Institut Montana) on positive psychology, resilience and mindset.

In the session, Sandhu will draw upon aspects of his upcoming book ‘You only die once’ to share a practical, proactive and progressive approach to enable attendees to become the best version of themselves.

Using cutting-edge research, Dr Cope’s session will explore how you can be you, brilliantly. He will share some of the secrets of positive psychology, focusing on learning new habits of thinking and behaviour that will sustain personal ‘brilliance’.
