The virtual course will span over four weeks and will guide participants through learning how to reframe their thoughts, improving how they feel about a situation and their management of it.
Each session is 40 minutes and is facilitated by Natalie Steel, an experienced teacher of wellbeing and meditation.
The course will run on the following dates from 9.30am-10.10am:
- 19 August
- 26 August
- 2 September
- 9 September
