New workwear order process launched
Over the past few months, Creative and Print Services (CPS) along with the Procurement team have been working on a project that offers a campus-wide service to Schools and Professional Services for all of their workwear requirements.
Previously, staff members were ordering from different suppliers but Whittaker has since become the University’s chosen workwear supplier.
As a result of this, CPS and Whittaker have been working with key stakeholders across the University to establish a core list of requirements for each section.
A workwear category will be added to CPS’s online printing service to enable users to purchase online using their Department cost codes, and the remainder of the process and delivery will be managed by CPS, including checking the goods and then completing the GRN, payment and recharging via a charge code at month-end.
The service goes live today (Monday 9 September) and will only be available to view for approved stakeholders and administrators.
