On behalf of the Wallace Group, Loughborough University are looking to recruit six experienced, passionate and committed Volunteer Zambia Student Sport Development Officers for 2019-2020.

The role of the Student Sport Development Officer is to work alongside and upskill Zambian partners (Sport In Action & Zambian Government Sport Organisations) by sharing knowledge and experience through the co-delivery of a range of sport development roles at selected placements within Community Sport Hubs (CSH’s) across the Zambian capital Lusaka.

The focus of each role will differ due to individual skillsets and expertise determined by Sport in Action (SIA). Students will work in conjunction with and alongside SIA staff and volunteers to support the implementation of their plans and a key element of the role will be to provide and receive feedback to individuals.
