Personal Best: My Story – Emma Hatton

West End actress, singer and presenter, Emma Hatton, will be giving a talk on campus on 28 November.

Emma graduated from Loughborough University in 2004 with a degree in English, Physical Education and Sports Science.

She has a successful West End career, having played key roles in Cats, Wicked and Evita. She is also a singer-songwriter, releasing her EP ‘Thirty Three and a Third’ last year and she recently supported Jools Holland on his tour.

Emma also wrote and recorded the title track for the film The Corrupted, starring Hugh Bonneville and Timothy Spall.

Her talk will discuss resilience and performance, as well as the skills she gained at Loughborough that she continues to develop.

It will take place in Room 1, Loughborough Students’ Union at 6.30pm. Students can book their place here and staff can book by emailing personalbest@lboro.ac.uk.

Places are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

This presentation forms part of the Personal Best programme and is the seventh of its series.
