Loughborough University wins international award for research impact and employment prospects
Last week (16 November) the University was presented with an award by China’s leading social media company, Tencent.
Professor Stewart Robinson, Dean of the School of Business and Economics, travelled to Beijing to accept the award for ‘2019 Favoured UK University Among Chinese Families for Research Impact and Employment Prospects’.
This is the second year in a row that Loughborough has picked up this award.
Professor Robinson also took part in the expert panel discussion on ‘Future Talents and Skills Development in the Fourth Industrial Revolution’ whilst he was there.
He said: “It was an honour to receive the award on behalf of the university. The event was a great opportunity to both celebrate and develop the international profile of Loughborough University.”
