Service outage restored
A service outage occurred today in one of our two data centres between 4pm and 4:30pm.
This outage caused a loss of access to some of our services including ‘wireless’ and ‘internet access’. Services have since been restored as of 4:30pm. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
IT Services will be carrying out further investigation to address the root cause of the outage. Services are to be considered ‘at risk’ for the rest of the day.
