Participants wanted for wedge-shoe study
Are you aged between 25-60 and a UK 5 shoe size? If so, Progressive Sports are looking for female participants to take part in a study that involves wearing wedged footwear.
Participants will be required to wear a pair of wedges for eight hours, and they will then be asked to fill out a two-minute questionnaire at the start, middle and end of the day providing feedback.
Those who take part are permitted to test more than one pair of shoes, and a 24-hour rest period will be required between conditions.
The study will begin on the 21 January, and the test is expected to be completed within one week. Participants will need to visit the Sports Technology Institute which is based on the Loughborough University campus to have a measurement and to be enrolled onto the test. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Participants can drop out at any time prior to, or during the testing without needing to provide any reason. More information on data protection can be found here.
As a thank you for taking part, all those who take part will receive a pair of shoes and an Amazon voucher for each pair of shoes tested.
