Loughborough University’s delivery catering website Refresh relaunches
Campus Services are delighted to launch their brand-new ordering portal for Refresh, the University’s dedicated delivered catering service.
The fresh look is part of a wider project which has recently seen an online revamp of the Food and Drink webpages.
Not only is the new website easier to navigate and quicker to use, but it now has the capability for the Refresh team to contact users who have made requests via the booking form due to a single sign-on function which has been implemented.
Head of Food and Drink, Gagan Kapoor said: “We are hoping to make the booking process easy for our colleagues as well as a full account overview of future and past orders.
“We would like to hear about your experience and anything our team need to consider to improve your delivered catering and events experience.”
The new website was celebrated at a launch event on Thursday 5 December in Towers Dining Hall with staff, students and other stakeholders in attendance.
Refresh provides a professional and diverse catering service, offering food and drink for all types of events.
From breakfast meetings to student visits, bespoke events and celebrations, a wide selection of buffet, fine dining and canape options are available. They can also cater for special diets.
