Reporting phishing and scam emails
IT Services are currently receiving numerous reports of phishing and scam email attempts.
If you suspect you have received one or more of these emails, please check the Service Status page on the IT Services website where all reported activity had been listed. If the email you have received is similar to one listed, please delete and ignore the email – there is no need to report it to IT Services. This page is updated during working hours (8:30am-5pm).
If the email is not listed, please forward the email as an attachment to preserve all the original information to phishing@lboro.ac.uk. For further guidance, please visit the IT Security pages.
