Changes to IT Services call management system
As of Tuesday 13 November, IT Services will be changing their call management system. This will mean a change to the automated responses you receive when emailing IT support teams, Agresso Support or Creative and Print Services. The response emails will be sent from email@example.com and will follow the format below:
FROM: IT.Services via RT (firstname.lastname@example.org)
SUBJECT: [lboro.ac.uk #401] AutoReply: Test case
TO: Your lboro email address
Thank you for contacting IT Services
Your call has been raised with reference ID of [lboro.ac.uk #401].
Please use this reference ID in any correspondence relating to this case, either by replying to this email or including [lboro.ac.uk #401] in the subject line of your message.
