Challenge X – fleX your business muscles

This July, the Loughborough Enterprise Network (LEN) are hosting Challenge X – an 18-hour hands-on immersion in the world of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

This free event gives both staff and students the opportunity to work alongside small local companies to develop solutions to their very real business challenges.

In the process, participants will learn how their valuable skills and experience can be applied in the business world beyond campus – creating commercial growth and success.

All staff and students are welcome to attend, and refreshments and lunch are included.

Charlie Wheeldon, who leads the LEN, said of the event: “Challenge X is an exciting opportunity for anyone who would like to develop an understanding of the issues faced by small businesses and how to turn them into opportunities for success.

“We’re delighted to be able to welcome a variety of local SMEs to campus for the event and hope that they find it a valuable way to develop and achieve their business goals.

“For staff and student participants, Challenge X will offer a great way to hone their business knowledge and skills and to experience how they can have a positive impact on the sustainability and growth of SMEs.”
