Lawrence Couling De La Rosa
We are sad to have to inform you that Lawrence Couling De La Rosa, a student within the School of the Arts, English and Drama, has died.
Our thoughts and sincere condolences go to Lawrence’s family and friends and all those at the University who knew him.
Any students or members of staff who feel they need support or wish to talk to someone should contact the University Counselling Service or the University’s Centre for Faith and Spirituality.
Lawrence was a keen sportsman and had played rugby for one of the University’s BUCS teams. As a tribute to him, there will be a minute’s silence ahead of the men’s BUCS Super Rugby match against Northumbria University, which takes place tomorrow at 7pm on the 1st XV Rugby Pitch.
