Transport discounts available for staff members
Staff members at the University can access the SmartGo Leicestershire scheme of staff benefits, which focuses on sustainable transport and active lifestyles.
It’s free to join and could save you a significant amount of money. For example, train commuters can save up to 10% on an East Midlands Trains annual season ticket.
Other deals include discounts with transport companies such as Arriva, Centrebus, Kinchbus, Cross Country and Railcard.
There are also deals available for those who lead an active lifestyle at well-known retailers such as Halfords and Cotswold Outdoor.
