Your Charnwood, Your Say

Charnwood Borough Council is once again carrying out its residents' survey, in order to find out how satisfied residents are with its services and life in the borough.

The survey is carried out every two years and asks people to identify what issues they believe the Council should be focusing on.

Your feedback will help the council understand what services are most important to you, helping to inform future planning and set Council priorities.

Everyone who completes the survey can enter a free prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher, of which there are five to give away. The survey is open until 27 October 2017.

The last residents’ survey was carried out in 2015 when nearly 1,100 people responded. It found a total of 87% of people who responded were happy or very happy with life in the borough and 82% were satisfied with council services.

The council has sent postcards to every home in Charnwood asking people to fill in the survey. The postcard shows Old John in Bradgate Park; it was designed by illustrator Paul Gent, who has captured many local scenes.
