New online accident reporting system now live

The online system replaces a paper based system, making it even easier to report an accident or incident on campus.

Work related incidents can include injuries, property damage, environmental accidents or any near miss or dangerous occurrences on-site.

Anyone can report an accident at the University; it doesn’t have to be the affected person.

Remember, it’s everyone’s responsibility to report incidents – prompt reporting means effective investigations can take place.
