Exhibition celebrates 10 years of engaging arts and academia

LU Arts is celebrating a decade of bringing together artists and academics, with an exhibition to showcase some of the work from their contemporary arts programme Radar.

Curating the Campus: Radar 2007 – 17 is an eclectic collection of artworks, printed materials, film screenings and events; taken from a range of projects across the programme’s 10 years in existence.

Radar connects local artists with academics from the University, who use their research as a stimulus to inform and develop new creative projects. In addition to marking the programme’s 10 year anniversary, the exhibition reflects on the breadth and depth of these interdisciplinary projects. The exhibition also highlights the great impact the programme has had on students, staff, and the local community, and its vital contribution to the wider cultural sector and economy.

Running until Thursday 13 April, the exhibition is open to visitors from 10 am – 5pm every day in the Martin Hall Exhibition space.
