Last chance to sign up for Springboard Women’s Development Programme

The Springboard Women’s Development Programme is designed specifically for women who wish to take stock of their lives and take time out to consider their own goals and aspirations to reach their full potential.

Sessions are free and are a fun way for participants to focus on what they really want out of life, build self-confidence, communicate more effectively, set goals and priorities, build a more positive attitude to work and life, and gain a network of contacts and information.

The latest programme takes place on Friday 24 February from 09:30 – 16:30 and spaces can be booked via myHR here.

All members of staff are encouraged to take advantage of the benefits, services and support available to improve health and wellbeing all year round.
