Notice of minor works: Hazlerigg fountain pathway lighting

Staff and students are advised that works on the Hazlerigg Fountain pathway will commence on Monday 8 August.

The fountain outside Hazlerigg and Rutland is a focal point of the University and provides photo opportunities to staff, students and visitors to the campus. Work is being carried out to the structure to enhance the appearance, with the addition of a new lighting scheme.

The lighting in the path around the fountain will be isolated for approximately three days to carry out works on the pathway’s directional lighting.

Heras fencing will be placed around the fountain area during the work to create a safe environment for the staff, students, visitors and contractors working in the area.
