Scheduled Maintenance of Campus Telephone System

IT Services will be carrying out essential maintenance during November and December to upgrade systems to enable future development of an enhanced video conferencing capability.

Telephones on campus will be out of operation, this includes tenants and partners who use the University telephone service. Voicemail, Fax and Jabber will also be affected.

The maintenance dates are:

  • 6pm on Friday 18 November to 10pm on Sunday 20 November (inclusive)
  • 6pm on Friday 2 December to 10pm on Sunday 4 December (inclusive)

Any external callers attempting to contact the University whilst the system is down will hear an error tone. During the specified maintenance periods, campus security will be contactable on 0800 526988.
