Academic article published in Harvard Business Review
The article, titled Older Workers Need to Stop Believing Stereotypes About Themselves, was written by Professor John Arnold and Dr Stanimira Taneva based on their Thriving at 55+ research project.
The subject of the article discusses age discrimination and aims to explore and understand how such stereotypes play out in real working environments.
Both Professor Arnold and Dr Taneva are members of the SBE's Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour discipline group. Professor Arnold John is also the Programme Director of the specialist Masters programme in Business Psychology.
