Keep Calm Week is back
The Student Union’s Keep Calm campaign is back again to help students stay stress free throughout the exam period.
From 11-17 January, a range of activities will be on offer for students to get involved with to relieve any exam stress. These include mindfulness sessions, doodle boards, pooch petting sessions and a walk to Beacon Hill.
The LSU Exec team will be across campus throughout the week providing free bottles of water, speciality teas, fresh fruit and revision planners to help support preparations. A smoothie bike will also be at the LSU 11-12.30 daily, where students can release some stress and make a free smoothie.
Yoga and mindfulness sessions will be running throughout the week on a first come first serve basis. If you’re interested, please email vpwelfare@lsu.co.uk with your name and number to secure your space.
