Academics invited to get involved in annual Community Day
Academics are invited to get involved in the University’s annual Community Day taking place in March of next year.
The popular event invites the local community to participate in activities relating to the University’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics research areas. It also follows the British Science Week celebration.
Academic staff are encouraged to submit ideas for activities or workshops they would like to deliver. Some suggestions include exhibition style stands, bookable sessions, demonstrations and public lectures. Student Ambassadors are also available to help out with the delivery of activities.
