Nominations open for Human Resources Committee vacancy

A vacancy has opened for a member of the Operational Services job family to join the Human Resources Committee from 1 August 2016.

The Human Resources Committee represent each of the seven job families at the University. Membership provides the opportunity for staff to have an input into the development of strategies and policies in matters relating to human resources.

The period of membership for the current vacancy is three years. Only members of the Operational Services job family are eligible for nomination, or to propose or, second a nomination. Retiring members are not eligible for immediate re-election.

Nominations should be emailed to Dr Rob Pearson cc. Trish Swift by 5.00pm on Friday 22 April. Alternatively, a nominations form is available here. All nominees are required to confirm that they are in agreement with the nomination being submitted. 

Candidates are invited to submit a brief personal statement of up to 250 words, which will be made available to voters in the event of a ballot.
