PROSTaid ManBus coming to campus

The PROSTaid ManBus is returning to campus on September 21 to offer advice and support on how you can spot the signs of cancer earlier.

In a bid to increase awareness surrounding the risks of prostate cancer, the ManBus will be situated at Towers Way from 11am-4pm offering help to those who want to find out more about the symptoms and treatments available.

The bus will offer free, confidential advice and the opportunity to speak to those directly affected by the illness.

PROSTaid is working continuously to help raise awareness and fund initiatives that will have a direct effect on local people.

This year, PROSTaid have funded the cost of the introductions of the latest HDR Brachytherapy treatment, improving treatment times of local people by 40%. They have also funded three prostate cancer nurses in Northampton and Leicester hospitals.
