Leadership Framework Survey 2015
Staff may recall filling in the Leadership Framework Survey which closed 6 March 2015. Staff development received feedback from 354 individuals whose comments will help to shape leaders at Loughborough.
The most important attributes of a Loughborough Leader highlighted by the survey were:
- Communicates effectively
- Works with Ethics and Integrity
- Manages performance
- Fosters Teamwork
- Leads, inspires and motivates others
- Develops themselves and others
The results have been analysed to identify positive and developmental indicators to take forward to a volunteer working group to help form the Leadership Framework.
This is your chance to be involved in the volunteer working group to take this forward. Sessions are scheduled as follows:
