Loughborough Students heading to Twickenham
A fine 29-16 victory away at the University of Exeter will see Loughborough Students' Rugby Union play for the BUCS Championship at Twickenham.
Loughborough will play Leeds Beckett in the final on Friday 27th March, kick off 7.30pm. Full details can be found on the BUCS website.
Elsewhere Loughborough’s sporting teams have been in action looking to qualify for BUCS Big Wednesday, being held on campus on 24/25 March.
The women’s hockey first team had the honour of being the first Loughborough team to qualify, after defeating Exeter away 5-3 on penalty flicks.
They will be joined by badminton men’s 1, men's 2, women’s 2, table tennis men’s 1 and lacrosse women’s 1.
