Facilities Management issue notice of minor works on campus
Minor works to the frontage of Schofield and Brockington onto Margaret Keay Road have been confirmed for week commencing Monday 17August 2015.
The contractor, Trent Build, will undertake works to safely control the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic around this area, comprising the construction of new road crossings and minor carriage way, car park, and soft landscape remodelling.
The works are programmed to be completed by week commencing 24 September (subject to weather conditions).
The plan shows the area of the works and the pedestrian access routes. This also details the building access points. Please note that car park 18 and Margret Keay Road will be closed throughout the duration of the works as detailed.
Unfortunately, as with any construction project, there will be some disruption, specifically noise and dust, albeit every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum.
The Facilities Management personnel looking after the works are detailed below and are happy to assist in any way possible and practicable with difficulties you may experience as a result.
