Meeting for members of the USS Pension Scheme
Members of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) are invited to attend a meeting on Wednesday 19 November at 3.15pm (Edward Herbert Building, room J.1.04) to discuss the proposed changes to the scheme.
The USS Trustees have now issued a consultation on the technical assumptions that will inform the statutory revaluation of the pension scheme, which can be viewed here.
The national Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC) is due to convene today (Thursday 13 November) to discuss the matter further.
The University meeting will give staff the opportunity to discuss the new developments and feedback comments to inform the University’s response to the consultation which is due at the end of this month.
