Car parking: deadline to cancel or change to annual permit
Remember that if you have an Annual permit and do not wish to renew it for the forthcoming year, you will need to cancel your permit by 31 July 2014.
Similarly, if you currently have an Occasional User Permit and want to get an Annual permit instead, you must apply for this by 31 July. You will also be required to cancel your Occasional User permit at the time of the application.
To apply to change the type of permit you have or to cancel you permit, go to the University’s ParkIT website and log in using your University username and password.
If you do not routinely have access to a computer and wish to alter your permits, contact the Travel team on 01509 228085, who will be able to support you with your application.
