Rutland Dynamic Working Spaces pilot

Following implementation of the new Dynamic Working arrangements, a pilot was carried out to trial new ways of working and understand their impact on staff.

The key aims of the Rutland Dynamic Working spaces pilot project were:

  • To improve our understanding of the infrastructure needed to support efficient and effective Dynamic Working.
  • To improve our understanding of potential changes we could make to the way in which we use space and their impact on staff.
  • Establish if overall space reduction can be enabled by desk sharing while maintaining principals of Dynamic Working including fostering community and maintaining a vibrant campus.

The pilot has now concluded. The information gathered is summarised and will be used to guide the work of Project Workplace which is embedding the principles of Dynamic Working to drive the transformation of our workplaces to become engaging, modern offices suited to post-pandemic ways of working, where staff can thrive and do their best work.
