CrowdLab is a new type of market research agency; specialising in smart mobile research.  

CrowdLab's ‘All Channels Open’ philosophy allows participants to complete market research whenever it is most convenient to them, when they are in the moment and through whatever medium they prefer - mobile, tablet or desktop.  Participants in studies are also able to provide responses however they prefer - as videos, photographs, audio recordings or by answering engaging, interactive survey questions - all tailored to the device they are using.

CrowdLab works with both traditional research agencies and directly with brands, helping them to understand their customers better and make better business decisions through an open and honest dialogue with customers, which reveals insight traditional research simply cannot.

Mat and Jim also set up Bulb Studios in 2007 and joined forces with Market Research guru Richard Owen, to form CrowdLab in 2011.

There is a history of market research companies making bad technology and technology companies doing research very poorly. CrowdLab is the coming together of years of experience in technology, market research and entrepreneurial business to create seamless technologies which create genuine insight to make a real difference to research agencies and brands alike.
