Child Feeding Guide

Feeding difficulties in children are common and are often related to normal stages in a child’s development, but they can have lasting effects. Specialist children's feeding researchers at Loughborough University Centre for Research into Eating Disorders (LUCRED) have developed a free app and website to support caregivers concerned about their children’s eating behaviours.

The Challenge

Feeding children can be challenging and guidance is not always readily available. Accessing expert support can go a long way to effectively managing mealtimes and establishing lifelong healthy eating habits.

Positively managing and influencing eating can encourage children to enjoy a healthy diet. The app – developed by leading feeding experts – offers accessible support and guidance whenever and wherever caregivers need it.

The unique app and website help caregivers to understand why their child is 'fussy' and what they can do to improve mealtimes – and to establish lifelong healthy eating habits.
