Who are Student Ambassadors and what do they do?
Student Ambassadors are current UG and PG students who work primarily for Student Recruitment and Outreach representing the University at events such as Open Days, Department Visit Days and school visits to campus as well as online with blogs, vlogs and social media takeovers.
They also support other teams such as the International Office by providing campus tours for alumni and international visitors, LU Arts through invigilating their exhibitions and flyering for upcoming events, the Library as relief reception staff and for Careers at the Careers Fair.
How can you apply?
Applications will open via the Lboro Vacancies page on the 5 October and will close on the 19 October. After this, as a second stage, successfully shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a short video about their Lboro experience. We want to see applicants from all courses, nationalities and walks of life.
