Volunteers sought to take part in study assessing links between memory and soy product
Loughborough’s School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences is looking for participants to take part in a study to ascertain if soy supplement consumption can improve memory in postmenopausal women.
Participants must be healthy and aged between 40 – 65, at least 6 months postmenopausal with no food allergies or intolerance to soy food products.
The study involves volunteers completing a standard self-report health questionnaire followed by a visit to the NCSEM lab to complete memory tests and take a soy supplement or placebo and then returning the following day to complete the test again.
