Postgraduate study

The School provides excellent opportunities for postgraduate students in areas relating to art and design practice and the history and theory of art and design.
We are particularly interested in encouraging research that includes reflection on practice within and across the boundaries of our disciplines; students can take advantage of expertise in new technologies present both within the School and in other departments and Faculties across the campus. The School of The Arts offers several pathways for post-graduate study.
We currently offer five taught programmes plus opportunities to undertake research through MPhil/PhD.
- 2D and 3D Visualisation (MA/MSc)
- Art and Design: Studio Practice (MA)
