Dr Cheryl J Travers
Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management
Dr Travers is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an experienced senior lecturer among the School’s Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour Research Group.
Her research interests and publications have mainly been in the areas of:
- Occupational Stress
- Management of Change
- Women in Management
- The impact of Personality Type, Political skills and Behaviour on Adaptation to Work.
She consults in most areas of management development (especially team-building and development, stress management and the management of change), to clients in both the public and private sectors.
