Dr Angelika Zimmermann

Angelika Zimmermann joined Loughborough in 2007 after working as an internal consultant for intercultural relations at the Robert Bosch Group in Stuttgart, Germany. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a PhD on mutual adjustment in international teams from the Institute of Work Psychology, University of Sheffield.
Her research focusses on socio-psychological processes of international collaborations, spanning the areas of social cognitive theory, international teams, offshoring collaborations, and international human resource management. Angelika teaches courses on cross cultural management and strategic management for postgraduate students.
