Andrew joined the School of Business and Economics in September 2012 as a Research Associate for the Centre for Global Sourcing and Services, then MBA Director, before moving into his current role as Programme Director for the MSc in Human Resource Management. Andrew is currently a member of the Centre for Professional Work and Society.

His PhD 'Professionals, CPD and Employability, Loughborough, 2004' was undertaken with the collaboration of the CIPD and has led to the development of a well cited body of research with numerous publications in international journals, edited textbooks, and academic conferences.

He is also the University’s liaison contact with the global Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), reflecting a personal commitment to ethical practice and sustainability in management and professional life.
